Koala Workshop

This Saturday 1 September a Koala workshop will take place in the School of Arts building, Pine Street, Canungra 2.30 – 4.30 pm.

Guest speakers are Deidre de Villiers (EPA Wildlife Conservation Unit), Ronda Green (resident and research ecologist), Janet Gamble (RSPCA) and Jennifer Davis (Redlands Shire Council).

They will address four topics:

· Koala trends in South-east Queensland

· Koala Ecology, Threats and Management

· Koala and co-habitating species in the ecosystem

· First aid for koalas and native wildlife
