Annual General Meeting

On 2 September the Annual General Meeting will take place, 9.30 for 10am, Eagle Heights Resort.
We invite you to attend the AGM and the General Meeting after the AGM. For the exact procedures regarding the election and nomination processes I refer you to the constitution, paragraphs 13, 14 and 25 (available on our website). Nomination forms are available from the website as well.
Where the constitution suggests having one representative of each membership class, the ideal number of the management committee will be nine members (4 executive plus 5 members). This means that if nine members have been nominated at the closing date for nomination (14 days before the AGM, 19 August) we don’t need an election. If less members have been nominated we will call for nominations from the floor, if more members have been nominated we will have an election. Other agenda points at the AGM include adopting the audited financial statement and appointing an auditor. We will also provide an overview of the activities since our previous AGM.
